1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FARBORA ("the platform", "the service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FARBORA is a social platform where users can create and share content, participate in daily challenges, vote on others' content, compete for prizes and earnings, and interact with other users.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You may not share your account with others
You are responsible for all activity under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Content and Behavior

You must not:

Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Create or share content containing personal information about others without their consent
Use the platform for spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
Attempt to hack, manipulate, or otherwise compromise the platform's security
Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate the platform
Attempt to manipulate the voting system or otherwise cheat
Create or share content that is sexually explicit, violent, or harmful to minors
Harass, threaten, or bully other users
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or improve your chances

4.3 Zero Tolerance Policy

FARBORA has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This means:

Any content that violates our community guidelines will be immediately removed
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will face immediate account suspension or permanent termination
We do not provide warnings for violations of our zero tolerance policy
All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action is taken
Users who are blocked by others will have their content immediately removed from the blocking user's feed
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account at our sole discretion

By using FARBORA, you acknowledge and agree to this zero tolerance policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you must not use our services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the platform. However, by sharing content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform, use your content to deliver and improve our services, and use your content for marketing and promotion of the platform.

5.2 Platform Content

All content on the platform, including design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and belongs to FARBORA or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.

6. Challenges and Prizes

6.1 Participation in Challenges

Challenges have specific rules and deadlines. You must comply with all rules to be eligible for prizes. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules.

6.2 Official Contest Rules

Apple is not a sponsor of, or involved in any way with, these challenges or sweepstakes.

By participating in FARBORA challenges, you agree to the following official rules:

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid FARBORA account to participate. Employees of FARBORA and their immediate family members are not eligible.
How to Enter: Create and post content during the active challenge period. Each post automatically enters you into the current daily challenge. You may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be unique content.
Selection of Winners: Winners are determined based on the number of votes received during the challenge period, as calculated by our fair algorithm system. The algorithm considers freshness, engagement rate, vote score, and boost multipliers. In case of a tie, the entry posted first will be ranked higher.
Prizes: Prize amounts vary by challenge and are displayed in the challenge description. Prizes are awarded in Danish Kroner (kr) and credited to your FARBORA wallet. Minimum payout amount is 100 kr.
Prize Distribution: Prizes are distributed within 30 days of challenge completion. You must have a minimum balance of 100 kr to request a payout. Payouts require verification of identity and payment method.
Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, manipulates votes, uses bots or automated systems, or otherwise attempts to cheat. Disqualified participants forfeit all prizes.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on prizes received. FARBORA is not responsible for withholding or reporting taxes.
Limitation of Liability: FARBORA is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or any other problems that may prevent participation or affect challenge results.
Modification or Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any challenge at any time without notice. If a challenge is cancelled, prizes may not be awarded.
Disputes: All decisions regarding winners and prizes are final. By participating, you agree to waive any right to dispute challenge results.

6.3 Prizes and Payouts

Prizes are awarded based on ranking in challenges
Minimum payout amount is 100 kr
Payouts are processed within 30 days of request
We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraud or rule violations are suspected
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

7. Voting System

Votes must be genuine and based on content quality
Manipulation of the voting system is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to remove or adjust votes deemed manipulative
Votes cannot be retracted after submission

8. Advertisements

Our platform displays advertisements via Google AdSense. By using the platform, you accept that we display advertisements and that Google AdSense may collect certain information in accordance with their privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Boost Packages

Boost packages are non-refundable. Boost effects last for the specified duration. We reserve the right to change prices and packages.

9.2 Payouts

Payouts require verification of identity and payment method. We may withhold payouts if fraud is suspected. You are responsible for any fees related to payouts.

10. Liability and Disclaimer

10.1 Platform Availability

We strive to provide a stable and accessible platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

10.2 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content created by users or third parties. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10.3 Limited Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or profits, or actions or content from other users.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination of Your Account

You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon deletion, your content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Termination of Your Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice if you violate these Terms or our policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts.
